Product Description

Commonly known as Illawarra flame tree, it grows from 20-40 m in height.

Flame trees are deciduous, and are famous for their flower displays in early summer.

It was used for food by indigenous people.  The seeds are eadible after roasting, but care must be taken as the yellow aril is hairy and highly irritating. Remove first.
